Summary	Political System is defined as the group of Official Governmental Institutions, Non-Governmental or Non-Formal Institutions, including the institutions that work on political decision-making in the country, this is from structural perspective, but from the behavioral point of view, Political Regime is the group that leads to organization and regulation of institutional work according to the authority vested in each and all institutions of the political system, which operate according to a set of legal rules reflecting the form and the system of government in the state, which known as the Country Constitution.
