Administrative Investigation Skills Course
Summary | The British Academy for Training and Development presents its ‘Administrative Investigation Skills’ Course. This course is designed for anyone who wants to gain skills in the field of managing the investigations in companies and institutions, the different ways to investigate with workers and employees, and the disciplinary sanctions that needs to be applied.
The investigator should be familiar with the commitments of each worker and the penalties that will be applied in case they didn’t commit. Administrative Investigation is really important because it ensures equality amongst employees; all employees are aware of the disciplinary consequences and there are no surprises.
The work systems state that the disciplinary sanctions list should be written in Arabic, and there is no problem if it were to be translated to English (along with the Arabic version). It should be written in a way that is easy to understood by employees and workers. Some of the disciplinary sanctions might include things like a warning, implementing fines, not receiving bonuses or postponing it for a year or less, and completely stopping work and not getting the paid.
