The British Academy for Training and Development offers a training course in the public system of elections and the characteristics of the member of the municipality and to those who wish to know more about the progress.

The municipal council is the municipal authority that operates according to the law. Municipal councils have a great role in planning to provide all that they need.

Citizens in cities responsible for the municipal council elections highlight their importance in that they contribute to the involvement of the citizen and placed in a position of responsibility with the official bodies and thus expand its participation in its decisionŮ€making and management of its local  affairs as this time constitutes a wide area for popular participation in responsibility and citizenship, and shall exercise the authority of the report and control and the mayor and shall be responsible for implementing the decisions with his assistants from the municipal organs.
