Methods and Controls of Administrative and Technical Contracts

Summary

The British Academy for Training and Development presents this training course on (Methods and Controls of Administrative and Technical Contracts), to all legal professionals wish to gain considerable experience in the field of the conclusion and drafting of administrative contracts.

All lawyers and legal offices need to be highly skilled at drafting contracts. First, the normal contracts we deal with as individuals, such as sale or lease contracts, are frequent regular contracts and are easy to formulate or transfer. However, other types of contracts, such as Management Contracts and Bank Agreements, require legal skills that exceed the aspects of tuning terms and conditions, and the scrutiny of phrases and observation of linguistic aspects, its necessary in such contracts to classify and arrange the provisions to ensure contract accuracy & the proper legal formulation of provisions. Legal Drafting of contracts means reviewing terms of the contract and the governing provisions, in accordance with provisions of the law.

Law in its entirety is the Rules & Regulations that control and regulate behavior and interests of individuals and entities in each legal community, therefore any violator of the agreed rules would be exposed to specific sanctions and penalties required by the public authority.
