Skills and Art of Industrial Security Department Management


This course will provide the modern knowledge of the advanced tendencies in developing the skills of safety and occupational health specialists in the facilities, investigating the accidents, analyzing the underlying causes, and knowing the modern scientific methods for accounting the costs and maintenance economics. In addition, it will contribute to the establishment of the key principles and concepts of the safety. It will also help to introduce the most critical problems, risks, and accidents that may be experienced by the participants during performing their work, and the various influences that might hinder their performance and the way to face them, along with developing the skills of the security supervisor that help him to be capable of performing his duties quite efficiently. Moreover, it aims at developing the capabilities of the participants to establish proper plans for securing the facility- enabling the participants to acquire skills of applying the proper methods and procedures for securing the facility- developing the participants' concepts of the strategies, emergency plans, and security control- as well as training the participants on the modern methods for controlling the facility security.
